Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our company's growth. In this role, you will be the engine for new revenue, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, negotiating deals, and contributing directly to our sales targets.


The main duties for this position include:

1. Prospecting for new growth opportunities and conducting market research.

2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through direct communication.

3. Planning and proposing new marketing initiatives and operational changes.

4. Preparing and managing client contracts and maintaining financial records.

5. Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.

6. Leading and training staff, ensuring the team is aligned and equipped to adapt to new processes.


Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in a business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to generate new leads and close deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
