Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, creating compelling and effective designs across a wide range of media. You will collaborate with various departments to translate marketing and business objectives into designs that captivate, inform, and inspire our audience.
The main responsibilities for this design position are:
1. Meet with clients to define project goals, budget, and schedule.
2. Research projects, plan workflows, and compare costs.
3. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) to create sketches, models, and mockups for client feedback.
4. Retouch and manipulate images, including colour correction.
5. Manage the final production of the project and fix any errors.
6. Work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating creativity, strong organisation, and the ability to meet all deadlines.
7. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect work.
Experience with UI/UX design or motion graphics is a plus.
